Tragedy has struck the entertainment industry this Months, as many unbelievable happenings has been recorded. Few days ago, a popular dancer died after few days of her wedding. Another died ( kemi omotoyinbo ) during child birth. The last straw that struck the Carmel's back was the death of Mr.Clems Onyeka who was shot by an unknown gun men in summit road of Asaba in Delta state. The popular actor was returning from filming location when he was shot on the chest,and he died immediately.
According to an eyewitness, who gave his name as Joseph Iwok said " the gun men had ambushed themselves waiting for the bullion van that conveyed money to the bank. When the bullion van had arrived at about 1:30 p.m, the gun men who led ambush began to exchange gunfire with the police men who had accompanied the van".
During the operation, about three people were shot , and they are: a police officer, a pedestrian and the actor. The 37 year old actor was known for his unique performance in movies such as: sorrowful kingdom, and widow testimony. One of his fans tochukwu Chinedu express his grieve about the incident, he said that Mr. Clems Onyeka was gifted in acting, he called the late Clems Onyeaka a star as far as the movie industry is concern.
